Why is my business number blocked?
If you use WhatsApp Business irresponsibly, your numbers will quickly be banned from the service. Key points that we recommend you stick to:
- Don't send large quantities of unsolicited marketing messages.
- Try not to send more messages than you receive.
- You cannot use your number with messenger on a device at the same time as using it with the WhatsApp API or with Enterprise solutions.
- Read and adhere to the WhatsApp Business Commerce Policy.
